2. Principles
This website uses no tracking or analytics tools and no advertising cookies, and it does not load content from third parties (fonts, maps, videos and scripts are delivered from our own server).
3. Server log files
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) in server log files in order to provide the website securely and reliably (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The log files are deleted after 14 days at the latest.
4. Enquiries by email, phone or enquiry form
The enquiry form does not store any data on this website: it only creates an email in your own email program, which you send yourself. We process the details from emails and calls to handle your enquiry and to perform the rental contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Statutory retention obligations (e.g. the registration form under § 30 of the German Federal Registration Act, tax records) remain unaffected (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies. This website stores only a few items in your browser’s local storage (localStorage/sessionStorage); they never leave your device. Technically necessary storage takes place without consent (§ 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG), optional storage only with your consent (§ 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Optional categories are switched off by default; “Reject all” is offered with the same weight as “Accept all”.

The maps on this website are static graphics that we generated ourselves from OpenStreetMap data (ODbL). Displaying them does not connect to OpenStreetMap or any map service, sets no cookies and transmits no IP address. Fonts and videos are also delivered from our own server.
Change or withdraw your choice: – at any time, as easily as you gave it (Art. 7(3) GDPR).
6. Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR) as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (BayLDA).
