The Untersbergblick apartment is a 130 m² top-floor apartment in the Ahornpark in Piding (Berchtesgadener Land) for up to 4 guests: two double bedrooms with box-spring beds, both with a door to the shared sunny balcony, an open-plan living area with sofa corner, dining table and kitchen, a 15 m² designer bathroom and a private gym. Bad Reichenhall is about 10 minutes away, Salzburg about 25.
Living under the timber roof – with a view of the Untersberg
Exposed wooden beams, warm natural tones and plenty of light through roof windows and balcony doors: the Untersbergblick apartment combines Alpine cosiness with modern, high-quality furnishings. With 130 m² there is room for everyone – families with children, friends on a hiking trip or two couples holidaying together in the Berchtesgaden region.
We furnished it with solid quality and partly natural materials. Electricity and heat come from the house’s own combined heat and power plant – a holiday with a clear conscience.

Location in the Ahornpark, Piding
The apartment is on the top floor of a lively building in the Pidingerau district: nine families live here, as well as a medical practice, a law office, a sports outlet, the Goldener Stern Chinese restaurant and a course centre with dance, martial arts and yoga. Evenings and nights are still pleasantly quiet. The bus stop is about 150 m away, the PENNY supermarket about 300 m, Piding station 900 m and the A8 motorway about 2 km. Yes. There is a public EnBW DC fast charger right at the house. Tesla drivers can also use the Supercharger at Burger King in Piding, about 1.5 km away.
